College is supposed to be the time when you can finally sleep in. And then this. Here are the survival strategies that actually work.
Why Is It So Hard?
Between ages 18 and 25, the biorhythm naturally shifts later. Young adults get tired later and wake up later – this is biologically normal. 8 AM lectures work against this biology.
Strategy 1: Restructure Your Evening
